We compare visits billed at 00100 ($38.61) against age-appropriate codes — 15300 ($41.42) for 50-59, 16100 ($43.29) for 60-69, 17100 ($48.76) for 70-79, and 18100 ($56.47) for 80+. Industry data shows ~30% of eligible visits are miscoded.
